What's my number

 
Today in class I did a maths activity. It was called What's my number ? We had to guess what the number was and we had to triple it and add 8 and get the same answer. We used Trail and Error to find the answer. We tried 9 fist but it was too big so we tried 7. It was still too big so we tried 5, we were 2 off so we tried 4. That was the right number
