For Commenting I commented on leon's blogpost on basic facts boxes. He has attempted speed demon up to 5 and got all eqasuions correct. His time was 4 minutes and 40 seconds my highest time is 4 minutes and 56 seconds.

Kiwi can Positive communication
L.I We learnt about Positive Communicating with people.
Today we had Kiwi can and we learnt about positive communicating with people like stop saying rude things to people and saying things nice to people. And also we learnt about things that people that are letting people play but they so no to people when they actually like to play sports and they want to play any thing they want but they so no sometimes.
After that we did our energizer for our energizer. We did a activity wich we flip cones. And we had to go in teams Mrs Grace is team won and I was in Mrs Grace.Then we talked to invisible bob and bobs friend did'nt won't to be friend with bob.

LI: to learn our first lesson of playing rugby.
This week for kiwi sport we were learning how to play rippa rugby. Our rugby coachs where Sam and Dannie.First we got into a warm up. Our warm was how to pass a ball and how to catch. Then we played rats and rabbits.To play rat and rabitis I sam say Rabbits the Rats chase the Rabbits and if he say rats the rabits chase the Rats.
Then we played passes were you pass the ball and run if one of your tags get ripped of you pass the ball my team got 5 points the other team got 3 points.

Art/House
LI: To make piece of art using geometric shapes
For this task we had to create peace of art using different geometric. We had to try to create house on a plane landscape. Firstly we had a lesson of some geometric shapes where we could use. Then we stared creating the DLO. After that I use numerous shapes to see if the house looked it's right. Then I added some more details and colour to my piece.

Mapping Skills, Geography
LI: To build geographical knowledge and mapping skills.
This week, we were building our geographical knowledge and challenging our mapping skills. We needed to observe a photo that was located somewhere in the world. In groups of three, we were to find out where a giant carrot was. This activity is to find out where in the world Mr. Ogilvie is.
The giant carrot is a statue which is located in Ohakune, New Zealand. We had to answer questions and add in photos. We recorded our found knowledge on this slide. I enjoyed this activity, a new fact learnt was that the giant carrot located in Ohakune that is over 7 meters tall.

Self portrait
Today we had to finish our self portrait. We had 2 styles to make our digital self portraits, they were simple shapes or or advance shapes. I chose advance shapes. I got an example on a google slide from Mrs Anderson to help everyone including that's also doing advance shapes. The shapes I used to make my self portrait was: C, delay and a diagonal strip. I used the line tool for the rest of my self portrait. I enjoyed doing this activity but I also found it difficult.

Ti Tiriti o te Waitangi
This week we have been learning about the Treaty of Waitangi by accessing different text types and media.
In groups we needed to firstly access the information and gather the main ideas of Who, What, Where, Why and When. We had journal stories, website, youtube videos and more.
We then had to summarise the information in to sentences using key words. Even though we all picked out different words, the main idea of the treaty are the 3 Ps.
The 3 Ps are Protection, Partnership and Participation. This is what the treaty set out to achieve.
We then had to evaluate our new learnings and think of questions that we want to find more information on.

Crazy Cricket Chaos
L.I- To develop fundamental movements.
We did our first session of Crickiet with brian from HPCC.
I did a session of thorwing a ball at a set of Stumps.
We also did an activity were we had to hit to balls off cones as far as we could.
Lastly we did a catching drill with 2 balls in a big circle.
I was so tierd at the end from all the running. I need to work on my throwing.
Maritime Exploreres
L.I. to study the history of NZ Maritime explorers.
We went to the maritime museum to find out about maritime explores .
I saw lots of boats like kayaks and wakas. I found out sir peter blake was the best newzealnd sailor.
I watched a video abot the first exsplores coming to Aotearoa .
I enjoyed seeing new boast I have never seen before.

A password is a code or lock that can be used to get in your account. first you mix capattle letters with lower case letter and symbols. Then you put them to getther to make a Acronym. I used Acronym wich is another way of making a secure password. You make a sentence with 8 words or more in your password.

If I was the principle for a day I would teach kids to stop bulling because bullying not good and you can hurt people by bullying. It's good that Mahatma Gandhi led peaceful protests against England being in charge of India. He wanted India to be an independent country.
