100 attendance

Today at assembly I got 100 attendance for coming to school on time.

5-7-10 Glass house

 Glass house

Once upon a time there was a glass house. When the glass
house was made, people thought that it will be there for a long
time but five years later all the houses turned into one big city.
And the only normal house was  the city houses.

When people were lazy and had nothing to do they were sick of
the glass house so people tried to wreck it into pieces. But when
they tried to break it all the parts were not broken but one day a
builder thought that he can break it with a wrecking ball. But it
didn’t work then the city was soon later turning into the old town
and everyone who tried to break it learned their

lesson to not break the glass house because the house will not break because it is unbreakable.

Today in class was on word Cline and my first word was Weather and we looked in our thesaurus and that's where you go and get the words from.

Today we cut out pieces to our robot that we printed to a black piece of paper it took along to cut out the pieces we had to cut the pieces out big.

This term I stayed the same I need to work harder to go up a higher level. I  need to pass level five to get a good score.

Why I love Auckland city?

 1.I love Auckland city because it is a great place and the building are different sizes.

2.The building remind me of our cityscapes.

Zio and Zepts

We did a maths problem. We ad to had to get into our thinking groups. We had to solve the answer to see how much Zios and Zepts to make 52. So we made our table and the first number we used was 2 so we had to see how much feet does Zio have and it was 6. Then we  got 46 and divided it and it was the wrong answer. Then we used 3 and that was 9 legs. Then it was 43 and we divided  it and it was the wrong answer. Then  we kept going and we got up to 8 and it was 24 then for the zeps it was 28 legs we divided 28 and that was the correct answer.

Duffy - into the game

On Monday we had a Duffy show. It was about Duffy goes in to the game it was funny and cool at the same time. At the beginning of the show it was Duffy was playing a cool game the game was called Magic bricks Magic bricks is not a real game. Then he went to has cousins house. Has cousins name is Sam. When he was going out of the door Duffy slipped and dropped on the floor. Then when he got to Sams house his cousin Sam was still on the game and Duffy's said that if you want to play outside then Sam said that she liked to games on the TV. Then Duffy put on his grandmothers glasses on and went into the game. Then Sam said where is Duffy and Sam looked everywhere but no Duffy. Then Duffy shouted and Sam said that Duffy are you in game and Duffy said yes and Sam said I will get you out Duffy. Then Duffy looked around and he built stairs and the builder came a destroyed the stairs. Then the builder said the you will stay in the game in 33 minutes to get out of the game. Then Duffy found some clues to get out of the game. Then Sam got in the game by dancing and helped Duffy get out of the game then when they had to read the book. When they were reading there Nan's book that they found how to get out of the game. To get out of the game they had to do the dumpling dance to get out of the game asked all of us to do the dumpling dance and we all said yes be cause it looked like fun Duffy finally got out of the game. My favourite bite was when Duffy dressed up.  

Target numbers

Today in maths we learnt odd numbers and even numbers. First thing that we 

had to do was thinking of an largest odd number. we had two sets of digits from 0 - 9. 

Read Teory August

At the start of the year I was Grade one.Now I am at Grade 4. My best result was 4 because I did the same question and I just remembered and I got 16%.  I then went down a and the reading has gotten harder and harder.

A long time ago a mouse smelled food, so he went to go see if there
was food. I don’t know if he was hallucinating because he was too
lonely and hungry. He couldn’t find the food so he went back to sleep in
his little cave. He had a long nap and woke up in the middle of the night
from a loud noise. He didn’t know what it was. It was a bird that
brought food for him so they both shared the food. They ate a burger
that the bird found. After they ate the burger they became friends, so
now he has a friend and he is not lonely anymore.

Duffy Role Model

Today after the afternoon roll we had a Duffy assembly we had a guest his name was Jamie Wall. The name of Jamie's book was Brothers in Black his friend's dad gave him a book of all the All black game. He doesn't know why his friend's dad bought 2 copy's. He also made a video about his job to show us, his job is to go to sport games and sit in the best seat to watch the sport games. I chose Amulet because I have book 1, 2 and 3. I chose captain underpants because I like how he is a flying superhero in his underpants, I have watched the movie.
